Sheryl Underwood, an American comedian and television host best known as the presenter on The Talk, a popular talk show on the daytime channel. Sheryl was born in Arkansas and raised In Little Rock, Atwater and Atwater. Sheryl was raised in a difficult family. She spent the majority of her young life caring for her younger sister Frankie suffering from an illness called polio. She was in issues with her mother when growing older. Sheryl claims that in the past, her mother would stab her father due to him becoming too close to her. At the time of her college graduation, Sheryl became a military officer. The area of interest she was most interested in was comedy. She became the first female contestant in the contest Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. In 1992she made her TV debut as a regular on the HBO show Def Comedy Jam. In 2000, she hosted Oh Drama! Oh Drama! In 2011, she began acting as co-host on The Talk, a talk show. The Talk. The actress has appeared on fictional series such as Bulworth Nikki, Beauty Shop and others.
